Electrolux has received the Top Employer Award 2020 in seven of its largest European markets for its exceptional employee conditions and for being an advanced employer in Europe.
Electrolux stood out for its communication tools, development programs, networking, talent management and leadership. This is the second consecutive year that Electrolux has been named a Top Employer Europe.
Electrolux was named a Top Employer in Sweden, Poland, UK, Italy, France, Spain and Germany. Once a company has been certified in five or more countries, it automatically receives the Top Employer Europe certification.

The Top Employers Institute has been recognizing excellence for more than 25 years across 115 countries. For certification, nine macro areas are analyzed: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, performance management, career and succession management, company culture, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as leadership development.
The local award ceremonies are taking place from January 30 to February 13 with the European award ceremony taking place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on February 13.
