Electrolux has been named Top Employer Europe after receiving the Top Employer Award for 2019 in five of its largest European markets – the UK, Italy, Spain, France and Germany. The Top Employer Institute has recognized Electrolux for its exceptional employee conditions and for being an advanced employee in Europe.
The Top Employers Institute, which globally certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their people, sets five markets as the minimum criteria to win the European title. Electrolux is one of only 53 companies to be recognized in 2019.

The Top Employers Institute has been recognizing excellence for more than 25 years across 115 countries. For certification, nine macro areas are analyzed: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, performance management, career and succession management, company culture, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as leadership development.
Electrolux stood out for its communication tools, development programs, networking, talent management and leadership.
The local award ceremonies are taking place from January 31 to February 12 with a European award event in Amsterdam on February 14.
