This work is supported by policies and targets to make operations and products more resource-efficient and maintain high social and ethical standards and transparency across the business. Each year Electrolux tracks progress against these and reports to stakeholders.
Through its materiality process in 2014, Electrolux identified ten core themes for managing, measuring and reporting performance. Defining performance metrics for these core themes is on-going, and the current position is illustrated in the Performance review tables in this section. Work on the ten core themes and their metrics will continue during in 2015.
